We’re sensitive to the nature of our products and that’s why everything you purchase from Wild Crush is shipped discreetly in plain packaging with absolutely no indication as to the contents.

Our website has live stock control so if you can add an item to your basket then it is in stock.

Items are held in stock in our store in the UK and available for immediate dispatch.

You will be warned immediately if the item you are ordering is not available in the quantity that you are trying to order.

If you wish to order an item that is not in stock then please contact us. We will confirm availability and estimated delivery timescales and enable you to order it if you wish.

We automatically calculate the weight of the items you have in your shopping basket which then offers you a variety of postal options for your location and based on the weight of the items. This means that you automatically get the advantage of combined posting costs. If we’re running any promotions or offers then this will be highlighted at the checkout stage.

Unfortunately we do not ship outside the United Kingdom at the moment.  We’ll let you know as soon as this changes.

Yes, we send confirmation emails when your order has been received, when it is processing, when it is dispatched, when returns have been processed and refunds or exchanges made.

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, return the items to us in their original condition and packaging within 28 days from the date of purchase and we will exchange the item for a different size / colour / option, or if you would prefer we can issue a full refund (excluding original delivery charge).

At Wild Crush we take security of payment card data extremely seriously. Once you enter the ‘Checkout’ area of our website your information is encrypted using SSL (secure socket layer). We do not handle any credit card information, your payment details are encrypted and sent directly from your browser to our payment providers

We accept all major credit cards. In addition we support a number of accelerated checkouts such as Apple pay and Google pay. You can also pay for your goods in instalments using Clearpay or Klarna.

To keep your gorgeous goodies in their best condition, we suggest gentle hand washing in cold water. This helps to preserve lace, trims or shimmering fabric. Try not to use any harsh soaps or chemicals, line dry only and preferably in shade. Please do not rub or wring. Do not iron or dry clean.

Different manufacturers have different size charts so please look carefully at the size charts provided with the item before deciding which size to order.

We try to give as much size information with the item descriptions as is provided by the manufacturers.

If you are in between sizes then we recommend choosing the larger size.

Some items are “One Size” and in these cases we will indicate the size range that they cover.

All numbered sizes quoted on this website are UK numbered sizes.

Please be aware that sizes vary even between high street stores and “vanity” sizing is becoming more prevalent. International named sizes vary from country to country so please check the dimensions we provide in the item descriptions and please do not be put off or offended if the size you need is named larger or smaller than you are used to.
